Welcome to Arabic Dictionary (“the App”), a mobile application developed and operated by Mansur Ekaev (also listed as mancj in certain app stores) (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using this App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Arabic Dictionary is an educational mobile app that helps users learn Arabic through AI-generated sentence examples, grammar tools, spaced repetition flashcards, and personalized word collections. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Payments are processed by Google Play and Apple App Store billing systems, as well as by Paddle and YooKassa (ЮKassa).

Subscriptions work as follows:

• Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Cost: The renewal price will typically be the same as your original subscription unless we notify you of a price change in advance. Note that if your initial purchase used a promotional code or discount, the renewal cost may be at the standard rate without the promotion.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
• Trial Periods: If offered, any free trial period will be specified at sign-up. After a trial period ends, your paid subscription will begin automatically unless you cancel beforehand.

By subscribing with Paddle billing system, you agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Refund and cancellation policies for Paddle purchases are described in our Privacy Policy.

For users in Russia and the CIS, payments may be processed via YooKassa (ЮKassa), an authorized payment service operated by NBCO YooMoney LLC. By subscribing through YooKassa, you agree to YooKassa’s terms and personal data processing policy. YooKassa supports payments by bank cards (Mir, Visa, Mastercard), SBP (Faster Payments System), SberPay, and other methods available in its checkout. Refunds for YooKassa purchases are handled in accordance with applicable Russian consumer protection law and our Privacy Policy.

For purchases made via other platforms (e.g. App Store or Google Play), the relevant platform’s terms and refund policies apply.

3. Account and Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
